Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Data Management: Manage regulatory data, including database updates, and ensure system accuracy.
  • Market Licenses: Oversee proper submission and approvals for market licenses, changes, and timely renewals.
  • Project Coordination: Organize and balance multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
Major Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to compliance standards and regulations.
  • Certificate Management: Manage INMETRO and ANATEL Certificates data, including maintenance and renewal dates.
  • Communication: Validate license renewal dates and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Business Support: Provide assistance with establishment registration licenses update and support commercial, bids, and functional areas with consultations on regulatory questions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a Regulatory Environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or other life science.
  • Skills: Analytical capability, investigative skills, knowledge of Local & International Regulation and Processes, solid interpersonal skills, project management skills, and ability to manage complex data with Excel spreadsheets.
