Financial Operations Specialist

As a key member of our global finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate financial operations. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with analytical skills who can work independently.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payments on time and accurately, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Execute billing & collection processes, register daily collections received in the ERP, and maintain clients' balance accounts up to date.
- Follow up on overdue invoices and escalate critical cases.
- Report issues regarding payments, billing, and collections during regular meetings and track their status until resolution.
- Register and reconcile cash accounts movements on a daily basis.
- Prepare and update Cash Flows.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in similar treasury or finance roles.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial operations.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
