As a key player in our organization, the Data and Analytics team takes on a pivotal role in driving data-driven business decisions. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, we work to understand their needs and provide actionable insights that inform strategic initiatives.

Job Description:

  • Develop domain expertise within the squad, staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Conduct in-depth close-loop data analysis, leveraging relevant data to identify areas for improvement and drive growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
  • Work with large datasets to problem-solve, identify key business issues or opportunities, construct hypotheses, and investigate trends and observations.
  • Drive visibility into business performance by defining and monitoring key metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Design, build, and maintain useful dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decision making.
  • Communicate and present complex data insights to senior management and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in analytical roles, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Knowledge of SQL is essential, with Python skills preferred.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and comfortable working with numbers.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and big data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark, Hive) is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools to report data and drive insights.
  • Good understanding of Data Analysis and Analytics frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to various audiences.
  • Thrives in a dynamic work environment, able to prioritize tasks and understand short-term and long-term business goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging stakeholders from different levels.
