HR Business Partner

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and management. Your role will be crucial in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.

Responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders to design and implement organizational structures that enhance efficiency and support business growth, coaching and developing leaders to build strong leadership capabilities, and providing expert guidance on organizational design, talent management, employee relations, and performance management.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and strategic HR professional who is passionate about driving business results through HR initiatives.

Requirements include minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role, fluency in English (both written and spoken), and strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels in a remote and hybrid environment.

Additional requirements include proven experience in organizational design, including org structure development, job architecture, and operating model design, strong track record in coaching and developing leaders at various levels, demonstrated experience using AI tools and technologies in HR processes, and ability to lead projects and work in a matrix structure collaborating effectively with global cross-functional teams.
