About the Role:
  • Launch Campaigns: Develop and manage hiring strategies across various platforms, including LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Bullhorn.
  • Build Pipelines: Engage in proactive outreach efforts to consistently build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Refine Resumes: Format candidate resumes to align with industry standards and company templates.
  • Screen Candidates: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate qualifications for open positions.
  • Juggle Multiple Responsibilities: Effectively manage 3-7 concurrent projects across diverse markets.
Requirements:
  • Fluent Communication: Advanced proficiency in English required.
  • Educational Background: Associates or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Critical Thinking: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
