We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Specialist to join our team.

About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to work in the fiscal operations area and be responsible for managing auxiliary tax obligations, addressing day-to-day fiscal challenges, and ensuring compliance with Brazilian regulations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure accurate preparation and submission of auxiliary tax obligations;
  • Address and resolve day-to-day fiscal and tax-related issues to ensure compliance with Brazilian regulations;
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain up-to-date knowledge of fiscal policies and requirements;
  • Identify and implement opportunities for optimization in fiscal processes, improving efficiency and accuracy;
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation for audits and inspections;
  • Support the implementation of tax-related system updates and integrations.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of Brazilian tax regulations and auxiliary obligations, including SPED and DCTF. Additionally, experience with tax software and ERP systems is highly desirable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
  • 2+ years of experience in fiscal operations and Brazilian tax compliance;
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
