As a Supply Chain Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of products from suppliers to customers. Your expertise in supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and logistics optimization, will be essential in driving business success.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a focal point for supply chain issues related to products produced in third parties
- Monitor and ensure adequate stock levels to avoid product ruptures or excess inventory
- Place purchase orders with suppliers as required by the supply chain tool or manual requirement
- Monitor delivery fulfillment through constant communication with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
- Ensure compliance with contractual clauses defined by CMOs
- Develop and monitor action plans with involved areas to reduce/eliminate destruction of products with low shelf life
- Collaborate on new product launches to ensure timely execution
- Adhere to established stock and service level policies, respecting production capacity and batch sizes informed by manufacturers
- Assist in identifying opportunities to reduce/increase production lots through technical and feasibility studies, promoting productivity, profitability, and cost reduction
- Contribute to periodic reviews of SLAs (Service Level Agreements), analyzing local demand behavior, ensuring correct MOQ, manufacturing lead times, minimum validity in each order, and other contract items
- Manage and monitor products across the entire supply chain through regular meetings and follow-ups with quality assurance, quality control, plant logistics, warehousing, Comex, and third-party departments
- Measure and evaluate the level of service provided by third parties in relation to delivery dates, comparing performance through a monthly report to identify potential problems, penalties, and opportunities for improvement
- Oversee exchange of arts between CMOs and assigned Supply Chain team activities in Vista to ensure correct use according to regulations or technical information
