We are seeking a skilled and creative Senior Communication Specialist to lead our marketing and brand strategies across diverse markets and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute communication plans that align with corporate objectives by collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Create high-impact marketing and sales materials, focusing on customer engagement and business development.
  • Craft visually appealing materials with strong design skills, maintaining brand consistency and quality.
  • Monitor communication metrics, analyze performance data, and suggest improvements to optimize results.
  • Mentor and guide a team of UI/UX and graphic designers, providing technical expertise, constructive feedback, and creative direction to elevate overall team output.
  • Closely collaborate with management to ensure all designs align with organizational standards and brand vision.
  • Maintain and organize an up-to-date internal database for design assets, ensuring quick and easy access to resources.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing, or a comparable field of study.
  • Proven experience in professional graphic design and within the corporate communication area.
  • Proficiency in design tools and software, such as Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in collaboration tools like Figma, Miro, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Solid understanding of Digital Marketing strategies and marketing concepts to ensure designs are optimized for maximum impact.
  • CPUX or other design-related certifications.
