About the Role
As a Sales Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for selling Pfister capital feeders in cement and adjacent markets. You will work proactively to service our clients, searching for new clients, and maintaining a strong relationship with existing ones. Your responsibilities include:
- Selling Pfister capital feeders in cement and adjacent markets;
- Acting as a consultant to our clients;
- Co-operating with agents where applicable;
- Travelling and participating in conferences, presentations, and site visits.
Your Responsibilities
You will be fully responsible for the sales success and budget in your assigned sales area, including supporting the OI budget planning. This role requires a proactive and result-driven individual who can act in competition in our markets. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Some years of experience in sales;
- A technical education (Engineer or technician);
- Commercial experience for contract negotiations;
- The ability to adapt to diverse countries, cultures, and people;
