Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Zubale. As a key member of our conversational commerce team, you will play a crucial role in driving client retention by leveraging data to deliver insightful and accurate information.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Support & Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing data to track performance metrics, such as conversion rates, sales growth, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- User Insights: Analyze user behavior data from conversational commerce platforms to identify trends and provide insights for personalized experiences.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the successful delivery of insights that enhance customer experience strategies.
- Automation Support: Help in automating processes to integrate and organize data from various sources for better decision-making.
- Education: Current student or recent graduate in Production Engineering, Business, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong Excel skills (including basic formulas, pivot tables) are required. Interest in data analysis and customer experience; any experience in data visualization or storytelling is a plus.
- Language: Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is required.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis in a customer-focused environment.
- Exposure to conversational commerce and how data-driven insights influence client retention and business performance.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- How to identify key insights from complex data sets and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
