73 Strings is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product suite, including Graviton X, Qubit X for Equity, and Qubit X for Debt.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve support processes.
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the financial industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
