- Proficient in English language, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of email etiquette and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Personal computer or laptop with a stable internet connection.
- Minimum system requirements: Windows 15.6'' AMD Ryzen 7 5800U, GHz / AMD Radeon Vega 8 / 32GB / SSD - 512GB.
- Computer skills, fast and accurate keyboard writing speed.
- Uninterrupted electricity and/or UPS (power backup).
- Mobile gaming, PC gaming, console gaming, and e-sports knowledge is essential.
- Ability to work with people and provide excellent customer service.
