Requirements
- Excellent customer service and technical support skills
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and data analysis
- Knowledge of customer satisfaction metrics and process improvement techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the financial or technology industry is a plus
