The Role:

You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and solutions to their technical issues. Your mission will be to deliver outstanding service, resolve problems efficiently, and turn challenges into successes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with customers through various channels, offering top-notch support and solutions.
  2. Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues, providing alternative solutions to retain and delight our customers.
  3. Conduct follow-ups and manage callbacks to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
  2. A strong desire to create exceptional customer experiences.
  3. Analytical skills and logical problem-solving abilities.
  4. A sense of ownership and responsibility for each customer interaction.
  5. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  6. Fluency in Portuguese.
  7. Upper intermediate English skills for internal communication with our diverse team.
  8. Fundamental understanding of prompt engineering and ability to interact with AI technologies.
  9. Basic knowledge of SQL.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Familiarity with programming languages, particularly Ruby or Python.
  2. Passion for technology and tools like ChatGPT, and how they can enhance customer experiences.
