Russian Vri/Opi Interpreter

We are seeking a highly skilled Russian Vri/Opi Interpreter to join our team at Future Group Translation and Localization Services. As a Russian Vri/Opi Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between non-English and English speakers during calls.

• Answer calls in a professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.
• Be prepared to take notes during calls and be aware of the specific vocabulary of the industry, particularly in the healthcare and medical field.
• Render all messages accurately and completely, without adding, omitting, or substituting.
• Provide exceptional customer service during interpreting and facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient and Client.
• Apply standards of practice and participate in internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to your team leader and comply with dress code requirements for video remote interpreting.

• Ensure a dedicated high-speed, private, and secured internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps.
• Use a wired internet connection via an Ethernet port, as Wi-Fi is not allowed.
• Meet the minimum system requirements, including a Windows 10 operating system, dual core processor, and 8 GB RAM memory.
• Use a single device that can run the required systems, and ensure it operates in 'High Performance' mode.
• Use a noise-cancelling, wired headset with a built-in microphone and comply with other technical requirements.

• A fully remote position with a clear schedule and full-time (business and weekend hours) availability.
• Immediate start after onboarding and internal certified training.
• Monthly fee payments and contract type of employment.
