Senior Financial Analyst

We are looking for a skilled financial analyst to lead process excellence initiatives and oversee tax compliance and reporting. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally, ensuring compliance with corporate controlling policies and procedures, and translating complex financial concepts for stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, experience in large multinational companies, and be fluent in English. They will possess excellent analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with active local CPA registration, experience with SAP FI and CO, financial reporting, and tax processes. The successful candidate will also have strong experience with KPIs and financial risk management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead process excellence initiatives for accounting operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the Order-to-Cash process.
- Oversee tax compliance and reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with local accounting standards and IFRS.
- Monitor P&L performance using KPIs.
- Identify and actively manage financial risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with active local CPA registration.
- Experience in finance and accounting within large multinational companies.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong experience with SAP FI and CO, financial reporting, and tax processes.
