M3 Global Research is seeking a professional to assist with call management of market research studies. This role involves being a point of contact for technical platform issues, assessing the technical support level of users and providing timely assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be available to provide technical support to internal and external users.
  • Evaluate user needs to deliver suitable solutions in a prompt manner.
  • Prioritize preparations for interviews to ensure timely participation.
  • Initiate scheduled interviews and address any technical concerns that may arise.
  • Support moderators and interpreters during training sessions before projects begin.
  • Analyze and report issues to the QualStage Product Owner and Engineering team.
  • Document technical problems and resolutions to enhance customer experience and optimize internal processes.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and Italian is required.
  • Previous experience supporting customers with qualitative online platforms is an advantage.
  • Detailed knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems and software suites is necessary.

This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. The ideal candidate will be able to think critically and make informed decisions quickly.
