Software Engineering Leadership OpportunityWe are seeking a seasoned software engineer to lead the development, execution, and implementation of a long-term vision and strategy for our Corporate Payments cross-cutting services. This role involves defining and implementing a comprehensive architectural roadmap for our EnCompass platform, aligning with business objectives, industry best practices, and other Corporate Payments teams.The ideal candidate will foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, empowerment, and continuous learning within the engineering teams. He/She will also continuously challenge the status quo and implement mechanisms to reduce time-to-market using efficient engineering methods.Candidate should have great experience in software engineering, expertise in rapid development and deployment of internal and external services using cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure. Additionally, he/she should have strong understanding of security and compliance requirements in cloud and data environments.He/She must possess excellent leadership, team-building, and dynamic decision-making skills, along with ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Candidate should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Preferred qualifications include experience building applications in the finance space, such as credit card products, accounts receivables/payables, etc., and experience working with geographically distributed teams.Seniority level: Mid-Senior level, Employment type: Full-time, Job function: Engineering and Information Technology, Industries: Software Development
