Senior Engineering Manager

About the Role:

The Senior Engineering Manager will lead the Player Experience group, responsible for optimizing user interaction with our platform and driving sustainable business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To shape the future of player experience by leading teams to build systems, tools, and experiments that impact user behavior and business growth.
  • To drive a culture of A/B testing and rapid experimentation, ensuring teams can iterate quickly, measure impact rigorously, and learn at scale.
  • To partner with product managers, analysts, data scientists, and commercial stakeholders to define effective strategies for acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • To lead cross-functional teams through hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development.
  • To own technical direction and delivery of high-impact projects: reduce ambiguity, drive roadmaps, ensure engineering excellence, and measure business outcomes.
Key Requirements:
  • A proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams in Growth, Product, or Experimentation domains.
  • A deep understanding (or willingness to learn) of experimentation best practices - including A/B testing design, metrics definition, statistical rigor, and experimentation platforms.
  • A strong technical background, with ability to guide architectural decisions and lead cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • A track record of delivering measurable business impact through experimentation, personalization, or user-centric system design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills - thrives at intersection of engineering, data, and product strategy.
  • A passion for building inclusive, high-trust teams where people do the best work of their careers.
