Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and engagement.

  • About the Role: This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Digital Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand goals and resonates with our target audience.
  2. Social Media Management: Manage our social media presence across various platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
  3. Email Marketing: Plan, create, and deploy email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  4. Paid Media: Collaborate with our paid media specialist to develop and execute paid social media campaigns that meet our business objectives.
  5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all owned platforms and campaigns, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing decisions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content, email, and social.
  • Skills: Highly organized, autonomous, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments. Proficient in Notion, Figma, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and GT Metrix.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
