We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Orthopedic Robotic Product Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.
About the Role:- This position is responsible for training and developing customers and employees to support MAKO business growth and market penetration.
- The successful candidate will serve as a MAKO clinical expert, providing product clinical support and guidance to customers.
- You will use proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans for use in conjunction with the company's Robotic Arm, assisting surgeons in preoperative robotic procedure surgical planning.
- Key responsibilities include actively selling the clinical benefits of the products and building strong, positive relationships with key surgeons and Theatre staff at Stryker accounts.
- You will also support the development and delivery of training and education programs for Stryker employees and regional customers on MAKO products.
- Collaborate with regional training teams in communications and negotiations with government and professional bodies to ensure the accreditation of courses as needed.
- Support regional sales and marketing efforts through the delivery of road-show product demonstrations and participation in local and regional marketing and clinical conferences. Provide potential customers with opportunity to experience product in use and explain its clinical value.
- Technical Degree and/or bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Surgical Instrumentalist, or other Healthcare related area.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Previous experience in the hospital and surgical environment, comfortable in Operating Room environment and guidance of surgeons and clinical staff.
- Availability to travel and flexible hours.
