We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Communication Consultant for Sales Compensation. This role involves collaborating with Total Rewards leaders and experts to ensure the messaging of our incentive offerings is consistent, compelling, and transparent.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Communications, Graphic Design, UX, and/or Marketing, and be proficient in design software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator) and PowerPoint.

Key responsibilities include translating complex topics into simple, impactful visual materials, structuring complex content, and building clear storylines.

Able to work in an agile and dynamic environment, the ideal candidate will have outstanding problem-solving skills, be fluent in English, and have experience in managing international and cross-functional projects or rollouts.
