Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to manage our e-commerce platforms. As an E-commerce Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, from inventory control and order processing to payment reconciliation.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement online campaigns and promotions, adding, updating, and organizing product listings to meet customer needs. Additionally, you will optimize online content, product descriptions, and visuals to align with our brand strategy and market demand.
Your expertise in transaction management, coupled with your ability to resolve payment issues, will ensure smooth transactions and enhance customer satisfaction. You will also develop strategies to improve post-sales service standards.
RequirementsTo excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. Furthermore, you should have a strong passion for technology and a deep understanding of the mobile phone market.
