Senior Business Development Director

The Group Product Manager plays a pivotal role in spearheading the Product Management team towards achieving corporate objectives. The ideal candidate will embody the company's values and ethics in all internal policies and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and executing product line growth strategies to meet sales targets and profitability goals.
- Effectively managing resources to support business expansion and strategic initiatives.
- Fostering strong relationships with regional sales managers and distributors to drive sales growth.
- Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities through market analysis and research.
- Leveraging cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in fluid power, preferably with certification.
- Strong product management skills, including customer interaction, sales support, and product development.
- Proficiency in SAP and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of hydraulic cylinders and related technologies.
The successful candidate can expect a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development. Travel is expected up to 40% of the time, with occasional remote work arrangements.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Direct supervision of 2-4 employees.
