Job Opportunity: Full System Analyst

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Full System Analyst. The role involves analyzing and designing complex systems, ensuring seamless integration of hardware and software components.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure including cabling, troubleshooting, LAN/WAN standards, and communication protocols (TCP/IP, SIP, etc.);
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly;
  • User assistance with technical issues;
  • Troubleshooting of network incidents;
  • Support in the implementation of new technologies;
  • Participation in the deployment of new network technologies;
  • Proven knowledge in networking;
  • Coordination with suppliers, defining roles and responsibilities;
  • Collaboration with technology vendors to define responsibilities;
  • Knowledge of RACI, Scrum, Agile methodologies;
  • Interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and good logical reasoning;
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently and under pressure;
  • Dynamic, engaged, and proactive in activities.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Experience with troubleshooting and incident diagnosis in computer systems and networks;
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Teams Rooms Administrator, Zoom Rooms Implementation & Integration, Admin Center, Microsoft Administration Center;
  • Knowledge of video collaboration solutions and infrastructure (Zoom, Poly, Microsoft, etc.);
  • Data network certifications (Cisco) and Microsoft solutions;
  • Experience in videoconferencing environments;
  • Ability to train others.
