We are seeking a highly skilled International Cash Collections Specialist to join our team at BT Group. As a key member of our cash management team, you will play a critical role in assisting our teams in delivering standards, driving revenue growth, and maintaining successful relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the collation of routine materials and documentation to support customer service review meetings.
  • Contribute to the review and progress assessment of continuous service improvement plans for each customer.
  • Collate basic information and resources to support the development of operational service improvement plans.
