Job Summary

The Operation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of services to clients, handling administrative tasks, developing new vendors, auditing vendors and contractors, visiting clients and facilities, and protecting confidential information. This role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage relationships with clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Coordinate guard forces within similar settings.
  • Manage swift resolution of operational and administrative difficulties.
  • Provide concierge-level security and safety at company locations and events.
  • Provide response services related to emergency and crisis planning, high-risk terminations, workforce disruptions, natural disasters, civil unrest, and threat monitoring in multiple facilities.
  • Manage administration work and supervise operations.
  • Lead responses to incidents and related investigations in close collaboration with the client.
  • Provide security advice and support for high-level events in the region.
Requirements
  • BA Degree in Security, Law, Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 6 years of proven experience working in Security/FM in the private sector.
  • Bilingual (English, Portuguese; Spanish is a plus).

Working Conditions

This role requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions. The successful candidate will be required to maintain composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations.
