About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity to support project implementation and ensure end points security applications comply with regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in remote support, field support, equipment control in SCCM and Active Directory, inventory control, installation of equipment for new accounts or projects, equipment configuration, incident resolution according to SLA, safety of computer equipment, and repair of computer equipment.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field from a four-year college or university. You must also have relevant experience in IT operations, including knowledge in Windows & Mac OS network configuration, PC Maintenance, and managing DNS and Active Directory. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
