We are currently looking for a highly motivated Medical Operations Specialist to join our team.
About the PositionThis role is perfect for someone who has a passion for improving systems, processes and efficiency in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist in evaluating and optimizing internal workflows and processes
- Support the integration of new platforms and technologies such as GoHighLevel, Office Ally and Monday.com
- Collaborate with our billing company to track deliverables and ensure seamless communication
- Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal processes
- Support hiring logistics and onboarding processes
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and monitor performance metrics
- Pursue opportunities to streamline day-to-day operations and improve overall clinic efficiency
- 0-2 years of experience in operations or administrative roles (internships count)
- Familiarity with CRM or project management tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot etc.)
- Tech-savvy individual with a desire to learn automation and workflow optimization tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm to grow within a fast-paced, results-driven healthcare organization
