Medical Services Specialist

Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to customers, sales teams, and marketing colleagues in the medical services industry.

  • Resolve customer complaints and service requests in a timely manner by providing clear communication and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Perform on-site visits to install, diagnose, and repair complex medical equipment, ensuring it meets safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collect customer feedback and market information through site visits, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
  • Repair and maintain returned medical devices, adhering to quality control procedures.
  • Develop and deliver service training programs for customers and end-users, enhancing their knowledge of medical equipment and services.
  • Negotiate warranty logistics, service contracts, and parts ordering with customers, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Prepare regular reports and business trip reports for supervisors, providing insights into operations and performance.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control, maintaining accurate records and minimizing losses.

Stay up-to-date on local regulations and industry standards affecting medical services, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in the medical services industry, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Proficiency in procurement processes for medical organizations, including managing orders and contracts.
  • Knowledge of online maintenance and repair procedures, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Understanding of industry charging standards, ensuring fair pricing and transparent billing.
  • Previous technical support experience is an asset, demonstrating expertise in medical electronics and clinical applications.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Proficient computer and office software skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant medical software.
  • Familiarity with medical electronics and clinical applications, staying current with industry developments and advancements.
