Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to identify and engage with high-caliber engineers for Swedish IT roles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network of local engineering talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with candidates considering relocation to Sweden.

As part of our global team, you will be responsible for managing relocation logistics, collaborating with colleagues in multiple countries, and ensuring timely fulfillment of recruitment requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit top engineering talent for Swedish IT positions.
  • Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage relocation logistics.
  • Contribute to placement processes with a focus on quality and timeliness.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT recruitment or equivalent technical background.
  • Strong network of local engineering talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies.
  • Analytical and organized with attention to detail.
  • Self-confident, sociable, and outgoing with strong motivation.
  • Passionate about success with an executive attitude.
Work Arrangements
  • Full-time contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
  • Minimum 12 months.
  • Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
  • Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.
