Your Key Responsibilities

  • Mitigate risk across key products by identifying, evaluating, and addressing potential threats.">
  • Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to balance risk management with innovation and expansion.">
  • Optimize and scale safety programs through monitoring key performance indicators and refining mitigation strategies.">
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by collaborating with internal stakeholders to codify safety mitigations and maintain high safety standards as these programs scale.">

  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in safety, risk, or operations.">

  • The ability to analyze key metrics and use insights to improve safety and operational processes.">
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience influencing stakeholders and driving alignment.">
  • The capacity to navigate high-stakes decisions, balancing stakeholder input, making difficult decisions, and maintaining trust in high-impact situations.">
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and address risks in dynamic, fast-growing environments.">
  • Experience with SQL-based data extraction and transformation is a plus.">
  • Able to create insightful visualizations in Tableau for data storytelling and analytics is preferred.">
