The role of Senior Risk Executive involves overseeing the organization's global risk strategy, underwriting policies and overall risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a robust credit risk framework to drive business growth while ensuring effective risk mitigation in Latin American markets;
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the company's financial direction and provide strategic guidance on credit strategy and risk exposure;
  • Manage the B2B underwriting process, oversee the credit and underwriting teams, and ensure that credit assessments are thorough and aligned with the company's risk profile;
  • Lead the development of global credit risk policies, underwriting standards and risk appetite across diverse business units;
  • Leverage data to develop and enhance underwriting and monitoring risk models, identifying new products and opportunities for growth;
  • Build and lead a high-performing global credit risk team with expertise in credit analysis and risk assessment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing the credit risk strategy;
  • Managing the underwriting process and team;
  • Leading the development of global credit risk policies and underwriting standards;
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to shape the company's financial direction;
  • Leveraging data to inform risk decisions;
  • Building and leading a high-performing credit risk team.
