Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Culture Marketing efforts locally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing the Market Brand Strategy and ensuring consistent execution in country through an integrated strategy of the Culture Marketing pillar.

This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to build and manage relationships with external partners, such as artists, influencers, and content creators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the main point of contact for all touchpoints with Culture Marketing throughout the company.
  • Build and manage the Culture Marketing partner portfolio to achieve brand and category objectives.
  • Manage adidas Brazil's initiatives in culture territories, including music, fashion, sports, and art, mediated by influencers.
  • Maintain and strengthen day-to-day relationships with partners and their staffs aligned to brand and category objectives.
  • Manage budget planning and execution to ensure all implementations comply with approved plans following investment behind priorities.
  • Manage a third-party agency to provide correct service level to partners.
