The Senior Technical Consultant will lead and support the implementation of PPM modules within ITBM, focusing on Idea, Demand Management, and Agile 2.0.
- Facilitate and lead workshops to gather requirements and define solutions for Idea, Demand Management, and Agile 2.0.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow PPM module to meet client-specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs.
- Execute technical tasks, including scripting, workflow automation, and integration development.
- Provide technical expertise during the Execute and Deliver phases, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Strong expertise in ITBM (PPM) module configuration and customization.
