Senior Technical Consultant for ITBM Module Implementation

The successful candidate will lead the implementation of PPM modules within ITBM, focusing on Idea, Demand Management, and Agile 2.0.
This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive consultant to ensure the successful implementation of PPM processes tailored to the client's needs.
The Senior Technical Consultant will facilitate and lead workshops to gather requirements and define solutions for Idea, Demand Management, and Agile 2.0.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow PPM module to meet client-specific needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs.
- Execute technical tasks, including scripting, workflow automation, and integration development.
- Provide technical expertise during the Execute and Deliver phases, ensuring successful project outcomes.
This is an opportunity to work independently and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is mandatory.
Proficiency in English is required, with Spanish being a plus.
Strong expertise in ITBM (PPM) module configuration and customization is necessary.
Experience in Agile 2.0, Idea, and Demand Management processes is also required.
