Job Title: Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our Global Procurement team in Brazil. This role will play a critical part in supporting the procurement process, ensuring that inventory needs are met, and suppliers are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify inventory needs for Property & Studio Development business units
  • Drive cost efficiencies while maintaining quality and supply continuity
  • Develop and implement category strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify sourcing opportunities
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance (KPIs, SLAs, risk assessments)
  • Review contracts and suppliers to drive data-driven improvements
  • Cooperate with internal functions to understand requirements and ensure alignment
  • Support project, warehouse, and logistics leads with trend analysis
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in purchasing position
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
  • Experience in modern procurement, purchasing processes, and related systems/tools
  • Proven communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge about risk management processes in purchasing
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite
