Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a strategic leader to play a key role in the development and management of our products.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a deep understanding of the health insurance market.
G Guardian's footprint is significant, covering 17 states and serving over 300,000 members.
- Assess key market factors, including competitive landscape, consumer and policyholder insights, and unmet customer needs to identify opportunities for differentiated product enhancements.
- Develop programs and initiatives to improve satisfaction with our products and services.
- Continuously monitor and assess performance, membership, and revenue, providing strategic recommendations and materials for senior leadership to guide the direction of the product strategy.
- Evaluate industry trends and learn from successes and challenges to drive development of new partnerships and product enhancements.
- Collaborate with others to define business requirements for product, network, provider contracts, claims, online and technological capabilities and service.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, with a focus on strategic leadership and collaborative teamwork.
