Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Marketing Insights Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex marketing data into actionable insights that drive business growth.

You will leverage your analytical mindset and problem-solving approach to partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement measurement frameworks, analyze performance, and identify opportunities for optimization.

This position plays a crucial role in fostering a data-driven decision-making culture throughout the organization.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or BI roles
  • Previous marketing analytics experience is a plus
  • SQL proficiency and experience with BI tools like Sigma and Power BI
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and experiments with statistical rigor
  • Deep understanding of key business metrics: LTV, CAC, Churn, Retention, and Conversion Funnel metrics
  • Ability to structure complex problems and drive data-driven decision making
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Heap, or similar web analytics platforms
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic approach
  • Excellent communication skills to translate data findings for diverse audiences
