About Our Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Sales Team and drive growth. As a key member, you will play a vital role in day-to-day operations and position yourself for unique career opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Upload new lead data to the database and marketing spreadsheet
  • Forward essential information to recruiting and HR teams
  • Perform extensive web searches to find lead and company contact information
  • Connect with clients and team members through our chat system, gathering relevant information
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships

Requirements:

  • American citizen residing in the USA or LATAM
  • 3+ years of experience in data entry or sales agent roles
  • Sales support experience
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • An impressive network of potential new clients in the IT industry and/or verticals
  • Target driven and high networking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Detail oriented and deadline driven
  • Advanced English level
