Key Roles and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support our banking and payment partnership strategy in Latin America.
Responsibilities include developing, managing, and expanding banking relationships across the region to drive growth. Additionally, this role will involve identifying, onboarding, and maintaining new card channels and payment partnerships in the Latin American market.
The ideal candidate will have excellent coordination skills, able to work effectively with regional banks, card partners, and internal teams to ensure operational and compliance requirements are met.
Research and analysis of jurisdictional regulations and licensing requirements across Latin America will also be a key aspect of this position, supporting new market entry strategies.
The successful candidate will provide operational support in executing agreements, resolving issues, and monitoring ongoing partnerships. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, with proven exposure to the Latin American payments landscape.
- Familiarity with local market players and established relationships with card organizations, insurers, and third-party payment providers in Latin America.
- Good understanding of payment systems and card networks; prior exposure to regulatory or compliance matters is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is required; English proficiency is also a must.
- Interest or prior experience in crypto/digital assets is a plus.
