Job Overview

This is a Senior Graphic Designer position that plays a pivotal role in shaping the visual experience for guests, partners, and stakeholders throughout major global events.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering world-class design solutions that elevate the guest experience across various formats — from digital campaigns and printed collateral to environmental graphics and presentations.

About the Role
  • Lead the development of assets across print and digital formats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with event visual identity and tone.
  • Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and creative consistency across all deliverables.
  • Develop guidelines, templates, and systems to ensure scalable and coherent design workflows.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and translate strategic goals into strong visual concepts.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Support with video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling as needed.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional design experience, preferably in sports and large-scale events.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative and refined creative solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
  • Familiarity with After Effects, and Premiere Pro is a strong plus.
  • Confident working in PowerPoint and Keynote for executive-level presentations.
  • Ability to work precisely and thoroughly with high attention to brand detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Passionate about world-class design, culture, and international events.
Eligibility
  • Must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally for team meetings or venue visits, if required.
What We Offer

A full-time contract position with opportunities for growth and development. The contract will extend until September 2028.

Competitive compensation package with a hiring rate range of $82,500 - $110,000 annually.
