Job Overview

The SuccessFactors Support Analyst role is a key position within our organization responsible for ensuring the highest availability of ADM systems.

This individual will play a crucial part in the smooth execution of onboarding processes, manage system tickets and serve as a liaison between various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical guidance in specific process areas, demonstrating knowledge of integration points across different modules and components.
  • Understand global templates and regional solutions designed by Solution Delivery teams and resolve tickets while preserving these solutions.
  • Perform thorough testing, including regression testing, before releasing any solution for final user validation.
  • Comply with established ADM IT processes in performing daily activities.
  • Collaborate with other experts to identify and implement business process improvements opportunities.
  • Offer ongoing support for the SuccessFactors Onboarding module 20, resolving issues and responding to user queries.
