About the Engagement:
This engagement involves assembling a dedicated team of IT professionals to enhance the client's technical infrastructure. The objective is to ensure seamless system performance, troubleshooting, and end-user support.
The role extends the capabilities of the client's internal IT department, enabling them to maintain high operational efficiency while scaling their technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to end-users and VIPs
- Support for Windows and Mac computers
- Configure and set up Windows and Mac computers and Apple corporate mobile phones
- Support for audiovisual resources in meeting rooms and events
Educational Requirements and Skills:
A degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, or related IT fields is required. Intermediate English – speaking and writing skills are also necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
- Level 1 support to users
- Organize and audit IT inventory
- Interpret and execute technical procedures in English
