IT Service Restoration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT service restoration specialist to join our team. As an IT service restoration specialist, you will be responsible for the timely restoration of services in our cloud-based payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Incident Reviews. You will start each day reviewing open incident calls and their current service status.
- Variety of Work. There is no typical day as you could be working on an active incident or focusing on an open process improvement project.
- Service Restoration. You will work alongside a team of passionate, creative incident managers whose primary goal is the timely restoration of services.
- Continuous Improvement. You will analyze incident data, identify patterns, and suggest enhancements to drive continuous improvement of the incident management process.
Requirements:
- You should have expertise guiding troubleshooting efforts with a laser focus on restoring services while clearly communicating across a broad audience of technologists and business clients.
- You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment where your ambitious spirit motivates you to surpass your goals.
- You will thrive in a collaborative environment where you can make executive-level decisions to restore services.
