Our organization is looking for a skilled and experienced Incident Restoration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the restoration of services for cloud-based payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions.
As an Incident Restoration Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to actively manage the restoration of service by guiding troubleshooting efforts and communicating across various stakeholders. You will work alongside a team of passionate incident managers who share a common goal of timely service restoration and alleviating any downstream impacts.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in incident management and possess excellent communication skills. A college degree is not required, but having the necessary skills and experience is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review open incident calls and current service status daily
- Step in and relieve note-takers or incident commanders on active calls
- Hone skills on reducing time to restore services through process improvement projects
- Utilize "figure it out" mentality when faced with challenges
- Drive continuous improvement of incident management processes by analyzing data and suggesting enhancements
- Maintain fluent English communication skills and participate in frequent calls
