About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team at TransPerfect. As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT services to our employees, installing and supporting Windows and Mac-based hardware and software, and responding to support requests on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
  • Install and configure hardware and software, including printers and USB devices
  • Diagnose and resolve desktop hardware and software problems
  • Document and maintain an inventory of computing equipment
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of a past Helpdesk/Support Ticketing system
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
