About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team in Sao Paulo. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our employees, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
  • Installing and supporting Windows and Mac-based hardware and software
  • Responding to support requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Performing analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop hardware and software problems
  • Documenting and maintaining an inventory of computing equipment
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
