About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team in Sao Paulo. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT services to our employees, installing and supporting Windows and Mac-based hardware and software, and responding to support requests on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
  • Providing technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software
  • Resolving technical issues and troubleshooting problems
  • Maintaining accurate records of support requests and resolutions
  • Collaborating with other IT team members to ensure seamless support
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of basic networking and connectivity concepts
