We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Network Operations Technician. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive working knowledge of satellite RF related theory and broadband IP based platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for interfacing with other facilities to resolve service disruptions, managing cases, incidents, and problems, and participating in routine daily operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interface and coordinate troubleshooting efforts with other company and partner facilities
- Service management through case, incident, and problem management
- Participate in routine daily operational activities and alarm monitoring
- Monitor full-time managed services and teleport RF based platform hub equipment
- Perform troubleshooting for all full-time services
- Assist with monitoring and execution of change management activity adhering to ITIL methodology
- Escalate and report on service issue corrective measures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or vocational school graduate
- At least one year of comprehensive working knowledge of satellite RF related theory and broadband IP based platforms
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 dynamic shift environment
- Ability to convey complex technical issues equally to skilled and unskilled individuals
- Good computer skills and the ability to read and understand operational manuals
